Dear Friends,

This site was put up with a mission to offer free printable invitation templates to help out brides on a budget.  At a time, I have offered free customization and color changes to brides who want to use an invitation design that isn’t in their colors, but as the site gained popularity, customization requests rained on me and has taken a toll on my time – a time that kept me away from my family. This leads me to a decision to charge a small and reasonable customization fee to compensate for my time and effort. The details are below.

CUSTOMIZATION FEE is $7 per template but if you get the kit, I’m giving discounts:

  • Clipart Only (Hi-resolution .PNG clipart of the design in your colors) – $4
  • Invitation Only – $7
  • Invitation and RSVP – $14
  • Invitation, RSVP, Thank You – $18 (Depending on the design, the RSVP and Thank you cards will have slightly different designs that will match & compliment the invitation.)
  • Invitation, RSVP, Thank You, Program, Clipart – $25 (Depending on the design, all cards will have slightly different yet complimentary images.)

The fees above also cover a one-time color fix if you’re not satisfied with the initial color chosen.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Fill up the customization form below. It will collect all the information I need to customize your invitation kit.
  2. I’ll send a draft of the invitation design in the color(s) you’ve chosen for your review. At this stage, you can make as many alterations you want to the colors and design.
  3. Pay the Customization Fee via Paypal by clicking on the Paypal “Donate” button at the sidebar.
  4. Once payment is confirmed, I’ll send your templates to the email used in the form. If you used a different Paypal email address than your main email address, I will send to both emails.
  5. The one time free color change applies after I’ve sent the PDF kit and you’re still not satisfied with the colors/design. Please test print first before requesting the changes.
  6. For questions before pulling the trigger, please don’t hesitate to CONTACT ME. I’m pretty responsive.

REFUND
Because of the nature of my ‘products’, I’m sorry I offer no refunds. However, I will work as your personal invitation designer until you are happy and satisfied with your invitation kit. Thank you.

    Hey. My friend referred me to your site. She said you were a big help for her wedding. My wedding isn’t until next year but my mom is in the army and we are trying to get everything done as soon as we can. My theme is a vintage Hollywood 1920′s thing. Our colors are black, white, and red. I haven’t fallen in love with anything yet and was hoping maybe you could help. Thanks:)

    HI there, I was wondering if you would be willing to make me a custom template when you’re all caught up. If you are so inclined, I would love to have a 4x9ish with a lace pattern going vertical on the left side of the invite. Let me know if this seems like something you might be able to do.

    I also love your work and am happy to find someone so generous as to offer there time. I am a DIY bride who is looking to get married in March/April 2012. I really do like your floral swirls design but would like to add color to the flowers, my colors are purple, violet and fuschia, as well as a butterfly or two? One big, one small? I am also looking for a kit as I would like the invitations to match a reply card, thank you card, table menu’s and place cards. I hope that’s not too much to ask for????

    Hi, i really like your Tree With Initials Wedding Invite, but i was wondering if i am able to get a template for rsvp, thank-you cards, save the dates etc as a kit? Thank you for providing such fantastic product for those of us that cant afford the ridiculous amounts charged else where.
